For the crust of the pie use about 100 grams of bread crumbs and anything similar to Weetbix or a breakfast cereal biscuit and a little margarine.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and mix the margarine and crumbs together and press into a pie dish about the size of 20 cm by 20cm the depth must be more than 5cm. Only bake this for about ten minutes. In the meantime make the filling by stirring the beaten egg yolks into the pre made white sauce. All the chicken also pre- cooked and the asparagus and stir in with the rest of the ingredients. Leave out the egg white and cheese as this will be added later.
