The first is that people need nutrition and vitamins to live on. This is an essential part of why many living beings consume each other, the need of survival. The second is to fulfill the pleasure that comes with eating. Many cooking methods are to do this exact action, to create taste and flavor that human beings find appealing and tasty. When the sugar had become for available for public use, it put to good usage. The bakers started putting sweets and adding it to their creations to make it more appealing to taste and consume. This led to a boon in the industry and became its way to mainstream attention.

While the macaron was an unknown product to the world, it was famous in its homeland. Lots of monasteries produced it and distributed them to people that needed them or sold it as well. It gained significant popularity when the queen of France, an Italian, brought it over from the homeland and introduced it to people.

In time, the public began to love sweets. Many bakeries are dedicated to make tasty sweets that attract the eye of many women and the public. This pastry had been around for many years and has been consumed by lots of people.
