This method is better than using a lot of high calorie ingredients when time is limited. Most of these recipes call for additional preparation, which adds to cooking time if a person does not spend a lot of time in the kitchen. The marinated food will also keep for a few days before unused portions are to be frozen for future consumption.

Although some may not care to pay more at the grocer, those who have converted to grass fed foods say the quality is worth it. Even better, these foods not only taste good but contain enough nutrients and antioxidants to help fight off diseases. Health care professionals even recommend natural foods like this for more vitality.
